Ensure your items are in their original, unopened packaging with all hygiene seals intact, as we cannot accept returns for hair that has been removed from the bundle.

Log into your account to download our returns form or use the paperwork included in your original shipment to provide your order details and reason for return.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and include your completed returns form inside the parcel.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a tracked courier service to our warehouse address; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
